Pro-Active Monitoring (Single Server)

We can monitor all aspects of your server, including but not limited to Apache, MySQL and SMTP. Or perhaps you just need a simple ping test. There is no limit to the number of ports you can monitor with our service. We offer a variety of monitoring intervals ranging from every minute to every hour.

We use the latest technology to prevent false positives in our monitoring service such as checking your server from multiple locations. This ensures accurate reporting and avoids unnecessary panic.

However we don't stop there. We will proactively respond to monitoring alerts and restore service on your server in a prompt and efficient manner. This may involve co-ordinating with your datacentre to arrange a reboot of your server or emergency hardware replacements. Regardless of what is involved we won't stop until your server is back online!
