    We have received reports of errors when submit a ticket in this portal:
    "There was an error with your request. Please check your log for further details."

    If you are receiving this error please submit your ticket via email to from your registered email address. You will be able to manage your ticket in the portal and update the ticket over email.

    We are currently working with our helpdesk software provider to fix this issue. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
